打小人 is a ritual to eliminate off bad luck and people with bad intention. With the continuous bad luck i've been facing lately, i'd been advised to perform a 打小人 "session" at one of the local temples.
the ritual involves bringing an egg (raw) to a temple where there's a tiger statue, i'd just have to pray and ask to be rid off "petty persons" and to invite "nobel" persons into my life to help me achieve my objectives.
the ritual ends with placing the egg inside the tiger's mouth.
And now, my next challenge is to find a temple with a tiger statue around klang valley. please help!

Looking Friendly and Approachable without Smiling?
I had a feedback session with my boss, among many other things, she mentioned to me that i look "unfriendly and unapproachable when i dont smile". Now, who on earth have you ever seen or met who does look friendly and approachable when not smiling???
generally, people just don't look friendly when they don't smile right? unless the person has a "joker" face or a mask on!!!!
it has never ever crossed my mind that anyone would think that i'm unfriendly. in fact, i've always told myself repeatedly NOT to be too friendly and socialable.... as not to be perceived as unprofessional! anyway, i'll just have to accept that, because i think i DO look unfriendly when i don't smile - just like any other living human being on this whole wide world!
